Vodafone is committed to maintaining the privacy of its customers and users of communication services..
1. Call Detail Records shall be released to only registered subscribers with valid proof of identification
2. All requests shall be delivered securely via Vodafone Self Care Portal (myvodafone.vodafone.com.gh).
3. We do not hold data on Voice, SMS content and details of all voice over internet protocol (VOIP) calls and cannot provide data on the above.
4. Data requested within 24 months effective date of request will be honoured after approval and will be processed within a maximum of 4 working days excluding weekends and holidays.
5. Requests received after 12pm will be reviewed the following day.
